Event types and server-sent events.
Event types

| order.proposed | An order reached the Guardian. |
| order.filled | An order filled. |
| position.closed | A position closed, with its exit reason. |
| guardian.block | The Guardian blocked an order. |
| approval.requested | Owner approval requested. |
| approval.resolved | Approved, rejected or expired. |
| squad.status_changed | running, paused or retired. |
| squad.hold_changed | Hold status changed: grace_started, grace_cleared, entries_blocked or entries_resumed, with the observed balance. |
Server-sent events
GET /squads/{id}/events/stream sends a heartbeat every 15 seconds and resumes from Last-Event-ID. Each stream closes after 75 seconds with a stream.reconnect event and an X-Stream-Max-Seconds header; reconnect with the last id you received.
